I obtained the services of Mr. Smith, and I believe I would have been better off handling the case myself. There was no legal advice at all. To make matters worse, he suggested I make a plea to a lesser charge. When I refused to the plea, he again mailed me while in a combat zone that I should plea or be found guilty for a crime I had not committed. Poor advice followed by poor representation. HE ONLY CARES ABOUT HIS FEES BEING PAID!
