American Response Team is a great company that provide high quality service in water mitigation and mold remediation. I work in the real estate industry and run into clients who have some type of water damage on a constant basis. Leaks, mold - any type of water damage and I am the go to person for referrals. They do a free evaluation of the damage. Show up within one hour of the call. If there is an emergency and you need somebody to come out right away - they are open 24/7. Had a good experience with ART guys considering we had a slab leak seeping into our hardwood flooring. Our insurance company recommended them to assess the water damage and do a thorough drying up and removing the water damaged areas. They installed drops and dryers and dehumidifiers. Would recommend them to others.
