Great Credit Union! I have been a member here since 2005 and have always been very satisfied with their service (both in branch and over the phone). When calling I do not usually have to wait long to speak with a representative and are usually very helpful. There is also no complicated phone menus to go through. In branch there is usually little to no lines (I go to the BPA Ross Street branch) and the staff there is nice and very helpful and their service is very personal. Fees are pretty minimal and if there is fees they are usually pretty low (considering the competition). The loan process is pretty easy (and I am speaking for auto and personal), you can apply online or in branch. Membership here is fairly limited so if you are one of the lucky individuals who can become a member here, you better take it, you wont regret it.
