I bank at this location purely out of convenience; the big issue for me is the wait time for literally anything. Today I was surprised to have been helped by a (very pleasant) teller after immediately walking in the door only to be asked to have a seat in the lobby, which was full of people. The wait time ended you being around 25 minutes to be seen by someone. If you have pressing obligations or appointments, I would plan a visit to this place relatively early. Otherwise, I have always been helped by very nice people

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THIS BANK IS A JOKE. I HATE DOING ANY WORK WITH THIS BRANCH! NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. ITS PULLING TEETH TO GET ANYTHING DONE THROUGH THE EMPLOYMENT! IVE HAD THE MOST UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR RATING!!

Terrible! Every time I go in I have to wait at least 30 minutes before anyone will help me, and money keeps disappearing from my accounts.
