Have been a member for 20+ years, have all of my auto loans and checking account through MFCU, They are the most polite people, always very helpful. I have recommended others to them and will continue to recommend family and friends to them. They are by far the best credit union I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Got a debit card reprinted at this location and cannot use it for any transactions. Called member services and was told I needed to come back to the bank so they can activate the card. Such a waste of my time. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Closed account without warning delaying my pay by a month making a family of four homeless. Disgusting lack of response and responsibility.
