The worst BOA you could possibly ever go to. Most of the time I go through the drive thru and I generally spend 20minutes minimum in line of no more than two people in front of me. Their customer service is terrible. The lobby service is just as slow as the drive thru. I absolutely hate this bank and they need to step it up! In addition, stay open later like the rest of the banks!

every since they close the bank on Southwest Drive you can not get Bank of America employees to pick up the phone when you call or when you go down there you stand in line for 30 to 40 minutes its absolutely ridiculous. so please listen to your customers and open another bank up

Damn it all they have is 2 tellers open And 15 person on line waiting drive thru 1 Person working on both windows , wth on friday or Saturday you got to spend at least 30/40 minutes to do something. Time to open another one in Jonesboro Or hire more ppl to work for yall.

Worst customer service in Jonesboro. Commercial drive thru lane is always closed, and they have one person working the other 2 lanes. Every drive thru was closed today at 2:00, on a Friday.

Both ATMs are broken often. I went one morning. I deposited a check but it said had no cash. Most of all why does a town the size of Jonesboro only have one branch?
