My 18 years old heater has been broken for a few years (the AC is still good). This year I decided to get it fixed. I called Church Services. Rudy Flores came over next day to check the system. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, and gave me some advice on my system. It made more sense to install a new system. The weather would be much colder in a couple of days. Rudy made a few calls and was able to put me on schedule for the installation in 2 days. On the installation day, Rudy called ahead to inform me that Pablo (the awesome installer) was on his way and gave me the arrival time frame. Pablo did a great job with a great attitude (it felt like 24 degree outside that It is COLD in Texas). The heater was up and running after a few hours. My water heater (20 years old) was broken and flooded the garage. I called a few plumbing services, no one was able to send someone immediately. I also called Rudy. He was in SA and drove directly over to check the water heater, and even brought a big fan to help drying the water in the garage. Jason (another awesome plumber) started working on installing the water heater immediately. I cannot thank Rudy/Jason/Pablo enough for their awesome services, friendly attitude and reasonable prices for the services. Thank you again!

Worst AC company ever. These people have no idea what they are doing. My mom called in for help when her AC stopped cooling. Christian Brothers came out and did a $29 service check and told my mother that the problem was just that she was out of Freon. They then charged her $160 to add Freon and left. Two hours later the cooling had stopped again. My mother then tried for 2 days to call to get somebody to come back out but nobody would return her calls. She then called Service Wizard to come take a look. Service Wizard found that a part related to the compressor had gone out and fixed the AC in about 20 min. While talking with the tech from Service Wizard she mentioned that Christian Brothers just preformed their $29 service check and the tech from Service Wizard was floored. He responded that the hole point of the service check was to figure out if any parts where not functioning correctly and the compressor was obviously not working.

My hot water heater was not working and it was replaced within one day by Kerry who did an excellent job following through with updating me on the progress ; he was very client oriented; he found out for me that the heater was under warranty and Rheem would replace. At our home the location of the heater is in a very difficult place but not one complaint was given. Kerry was outstanding in all he did. I did have a problem calling Church Services on Saturday; reached them at 8 Am; they scheduled a service call between 4-7 that day; they called at 1:30 and said the plumber would be there between 4-5. I called them at 5:30 and they then said they had no record of my calls. They were apologetic but something was wrong there. After all that, Kerry called that evening and said he would be there the next morning. He made everything right; without him, I would have changed to someone more local.

I have used Church Services for all of my AC, Heating, and Plumbing needs since moving to Austin 5 years ago. They have always provided high quality professional service. From the folks who answer the phone to schedule services to the knowledgeable technicians, all of my experiences have been positive. They really do work hard to have satisfied clients. Recently, they went above and beyond to resolve a water leak issue that was extremely difficult to locate and repair. While we are not sure if the leak was related to the new equipment they had recently installed (love our new energy efficient HVAC equipment and hot water heater), Thomas (manager) coordinated and picked up the tab for all the necessary repairs. This was proof to me that even when something goes wrong, they stand by their word and make sure that the customer is treated well. I highly recommend Church Services!

Church Services did an excellent job on putting in our sewage pump ejector. Church Services worked with me from day one. Austin Gonzalez was the first tech that came out and I would like to personally thank him for his professionalism and being patient; he took his time to explain my situation to me so I could understand. When doing the installation Austin brought his manager with him which I thought was cool, because this was not a typical manager this was a working one so thank you for doing a professional job Joe Marchuck and not just standing around while Austin did all the work. I will definitely make Church Services my first choice for all my plumbing and HVAC needs and anything else they do. If everyone has the work ethic like Austin and Joe then Church Services will be around for a long time.

SCAM, I felt I got a visit from "Devil Services". I had homeowners warranty send me Church Services to clear main sewer blockage, nice and simple task. It took the guy about 20 minutes to clear it, all is well. Then he diagnosed my sewer main was bad and had bellys in it. Tried using scare tactics to push me to accept their quote of $10k to replace 40ft of pipe. REALLY??? This is a $1-2k job. The worst is they talk to you with a straight face giving outrageous quotes as if you are stupid. This is not rocket science. So hard to find honest, hardworking people these days... everyone just wants to get away with something...

Used the service before, they were quick and very efficient. Called them this past Thursday for a/c repair and they fixed it but left a whole bunch of mess from the attic. Fine dust and insulation material and a whole bunch of it, did NOT clean up and left. Called them about this, but was told to wait over the weekend with the mess. Someone would come by on Monday. Have to breath all that fine dust with kids at home with breathing issues. Very disappointed with this unprofessional service and lack of concern to make things right quickly. Do NOT recommend them!

Joe Marchuk and Austin Gonzalez were excellent repairmen. They were prompt, quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. I received a lot of information on how to maintain the drains and they also gave me additional information about other items that were most helpful. Joe and Austin were very pleasant, courteous, and professional. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing services!

extremely disappointed. Would never call again. All you wanted to do is tell me all the negative things about my home and say you could not work with me on anything until you had done over $2000 worth of repairs. Got other reasonable quotes. Disappointed that the attitude and customer service had changed 100% from using Christian Brothers like I had for over 10 years.

Excellent service. Installed new heat pumps in 2009 and have used them for maintenance checks 2x year since then. Always thorough and great about giving advice without sales pressure. And ALWAYS on time, never late or a no-show. Pricing is reasonable. Every tech has been great; just had William out who was terrific as well.

Once they got here (not their fault - rental house stuff), Austin G. was great. He made sure rental place was covering, explained everything as he did it and fixed my clogged pipes. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to help prevent this in the future. Because of Austin, this company will be used again and again.

Gave detailed instructions of how to service drains prior to leaving and stored the product away for me rather than leaving it out on the counter.
