I could not believe that Terence Sample and VIctor Newson do this every day. They called me before my appointment time, arrived exactly on time and immediately began working. My project included a replacement of both the air conditioning unit and the furnace and they worked quickly and efficiently. Worked about 11 hours to get through the project and only took a single break. I appreciate their work. They cleaned up their work area, took away all of my old equipment and their debris from the install. By the time they left, one would not know that they were here except for the extremely quiet machine that was now running. Very pleased with all of their work.

Terrance Sample and Victor Newson provided excellent installation services. They called to let my know that they were enroute. They arrived prompt. They left no trash/garbage, provided drop cloths for floors. They even swept and vacuumed! I would highly recommend them! They both were professional and very nice. My comfort advisor Allen-Michael Share was very professional, honest and helpful. He explained to me in detail everything that would be done. He even drew me a nice picture! I am please with Comfortech as a whole. I would def use again and refer.

Thanks! To Salesman Steve Bryant set everything up for us to have a heating and cooling unit installed promptly with minimal wait. All the technicians, Victor Newsom, Trey Chatman , Lance Fletcher and Bret Fletcher were very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. Great job on time and also exactly as promised. Lance and Bret were very knowledgeable about all of the duct work modifier. They explained everything along the way. I cannot say enough good things about my experience from Allen-Michael share as the salesman and Cody chapman and Terence sample on installing. This was a very pleasant experience and Cody and Terence worked their but off. They were extremely pleasent and fun to be around an performed excellent professional work. I used to install a/c with Dent air conditioning years ago and we prided ourselves with making sure things were done correctly and professionally and these guys did exactly the same. Thank you

We were very impressed with Comfortech, especially with Bret Fletcher and Joshua King. They kept us well informed of not only the progress of the actual work but also of their comings and goings to and from the house. On top of that they were extremely polite and considerate. They obviously worked efficiently as the job was done a day and half under what was estimated. Good guys to get if you are lucky but I suspect Comfortech employs many others of their quality.

Very impressed with service experts overall and my technician Kevin. Our fan went bad and after continuous troubleshooting I called them. Kevin was there a few hours later. Explained the possible issues and what to look for. He could have just started replacing parts and racking up the bill. Instead he used me as a resource to identify the issue and now my unit is running flawlessly. These guys are a cut above and I would recommend them to anyone.

We are very pleased with the guys who worked on our air conditioner and the duct modification that was done by Jamie Adams, Bret Fletcher, and Lance Fletcher. The mini split and tankless water heater system was done by Larry Chatman and Bobby Hemphill. All these workers were friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. They answered any questions that I had and showed me the filters and how things worked.
