I have been renting from Stikeleather Realty for three years now and, I must say that this has been the best rental experience that I have ever had! They are very prompt with the maintenance of their properties, and that staff, especially Tammy, is very polite, helpful, and courteous! I would recommend the property management company to anyone, and I am looking forward to purchasing a home from them in the immediate future!

I hate renting from this company. They are unprofessional; while they may be allowed to give a 24 hour notice to "inspect" the property to make sure everything is being taken care of, we recieved a letter when our mail got delivered at 4pm on a Tuesday that they would be there as early as 8am Wednesday- that is not ok. From my experience renting, I would never allow them to manage any property I owned either!

The Agent that helped me there was very helpful. This company helped me sell my home and buy 2 others. Everything went smoothly, fast, and very comfortable. This company is very knowledgeable and been in business a long time. I understand the $35, you have to make money somehow and pay your employees. Thanks Stikeleather Realty!

I contracted Stikeleather to manage a property that I own. My experience with this company had me ready to sell the property due to stress vs. finances on my side. I switched to another property mgmt company and have not experienced any of those problems since; it has vastly turned around since the change to another company.

They are the worst, very unprofessional, 35 dollar viewing fee? Really? They do not return calls they false advertise on their website, they only want your money so they can deny you. I was denied because I switched jobs after being there for 3 years and at my new job I had only been employed for a week.

HORRIBLE - I am an owner renting out my condo. This realty company has horrible customer service, horrible time management and charges potential tenants $35 to just view the property. They are very unprofessional.
