We were involved in moving from NC to SC. We did not know any realtors in the area. By a mix up in names we found Juliann DeForrest. It was a mistake we are so glad we made. Over the years we have bought and sold several properties. We could not be more pleased with the knowledge, attitude, work ethic, and personality of Juliann. From day one it was obvious that her chief objective was to help find the right place for us. She worked extremely hard to give us many options. She patiently helped us move through our list. You can expect most realtors to do that but Juliann did it at a high level, with great understanding of our needs, our wants, and our wishes. But then it got better. As we moved through the process Juliann impressed us even more. She was willing to do the little things, the extra things, the about and beyond things, in order to help us. She was always available by phone, email, or appointment. Through the whole experience we felt as if we were not dealing with a realtor but a friend. Her integrity, sense of humor, and wisdom were such a blessing. She was a problem solver, a dreamer, as well as a practical knowledgeable presence for us. From the first phone call to our closing and moving in Juliann was everything we could have hoped for in a partner is this adventure. The next time I need a realtor I cannot imagine calling anyone else. She is a tremendous testimony to the BRG team. Thanks Juliann and the BRG team.

Superior Outstanding Customer Service and as one other review stated “Great experience from start to finish”, we agree 100% Back in April 2016, I created an account on BRG Listings website. Within a day, I received a call from Colleen Kane asking if she could be our realtor as we were looking for a new home in Myrtle Beach/Conway SC area. My wife and I scheduled a week with Colleen to discuss and visit areas based on our selections. After spending 3 days visiting homes and various neighborhoods, we narrowed it down to 2 area. Colleen suggested to go with the neighborhood we truly like, as well as the builder who best fits our needs. By the 4 days we signed a contract and knew we made the right decision. We know that Colleen’s professionalism, communication skills and pleasant demeanor was a major contributor in assisting us in making the best choice for our retirement. We want to thank Colleen for all her help, as we closed on Friday October 21, 2016.

I am currently waiting on a plumber at a property we rented from this agency. We have been without hot water for twenty four hours. It is 95 degrees. We are hot, sweaty, smelly and frustrated, furious. Repeated calls have produced no results. Another cold shower in store for us. And we will be forced to eat out again tonight. We rent a house so that we may prepare meals rather than fight the crowds and pay so much for meals. This has also caused discomfort and discord among our family. Thanks a lot. Am going to a hotel for a shower. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Have rented houses befor from agencies in North Myrtle who responded to any problem, large or small, IMMEDIATELY. Will not make this mistake again.

Darlene Olivo was an outstanding person to deal with. She took me through the sale and closing step by step. FYI the condo was the sight of a murder which made the sale very difficult. There had been a lot of negative publicity about the place but Darlene tackled the job with professionalism and positive thinking. Darlene was very pleasant to deal with and has become a friend. You should be very proud to have her in your company. I would also like to give a thank you to Marie Freimet who was my rental agent who had to deal with the mess. We love our agent Juliann DeForrest who stepped in at the last minute to find our new beach home after our previous agent dropped the ball in setting up showings WHILE we were driving to Myrtle Beach from Connecticut. When we arrived with no properties to see, we called Juliann after watching her YouTube videos and she had us in numerous properties the very next day, including our recent purchase. And, when a last minute issue popped up that threatened the deal, Juliann stepped in and the matter was resolved in time for closing! Ken Davenport was wonderful...after a short time with us he knew just what we were looking for. We became fast friends. Our very first day house hunting with Ken, he found us the house we were looking for. Since we live 600 plus miles from Myrtle Beach Ken would stop by our construction site and keep us updated with pictures. It was great to be able to see the progress. He also kept up or should I say rubbed in the beautiful weather conditions in Myrtle Beach while we in Pennsylvania were freezing and shoveling snow. We really enjoyed that. We highly recommend Ken if your looking for your perfect home.

Having only met Jeff Caserline over the phone, I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, personable and always gave great advice. I listed my lot with Jeff all paperwork was done over emails making the process very easy. Jeff sold the lot but unfortunately the deal fell through. 2 weeks later Jeff had another buyer and this time the deal closed. Jeff is very easy to contact he answers the phone, if not he always returns your call and responds to emails in a timely fashion. The closing was done through Fed Ex and could not have been easier. 5 STARS FOR JEFF
