I have used Century 21 Advantage Gold Property Management for over 3 years now and I could not be happier with the customer service I receive. They are great about working with me to see what is going to get my town home rented out the fastest. They are quick to answer any questions or emails that I may have. I receive a monthly statement of exactly what monies are going in an out of the account, as well as personal contact if anything needs to be fixed or repaired in the home. If you are looking to sell your home, do your due diligence in locating the right realtor. Double check your paperwork before signing anything. We had almost no communication with our realtor from this office, the only reason I say almost is because we had to call and find out what was going on. As a business owner, customer satisfaction speaks volumes for the service you deliver which is why I gave Century 21 one star.

Said they would help. Made an appointment to talk. I was even sent a list of houses to choose from but after I sent the list back and the guy said he got it nothing else happened. Called and waited and still nothing after I told him the other 21st century did the very same thing! He assured me he would find me the right house after his vacation
