We wish to state, that win or lose.....our comments would be the same. I was instantly impressed with the high level of professionalism from the moment we met Nancy (intake professional) at the Kennewick office. She was like a mom, best friend, and closet relative/cheerleader the minute we met. She quickly assembled a team of professionals located in Yakima and said "we will help take care of the problem." Bonnie, the receptionist at Kennewick ALWAYS greeted us with a warm Hello, and how may we assist you you today. She was always cheerful and professional. We met our team the next day in Yakima. Karina, the para-legal, is one of the most outstanding individuals. She was very knowledgeable, and provided us with very good information in a very relaxed environment. She ALWAYS returned calls quickly with any information we requested, and provided a level of professionalism I have never experienced before in an Attorney firm. Mariella, the secretary.......Not enough words to explain how she received us from the very first moment. Made us feel like the most important client of the month had arrived. Again, one of the most impressive and professional individuals I have ever been associated with. Michelle was like working with your Aunt, sister, best friend.....After each and every meeting, we received a hug, a warm smile, and words of encouragement that all will be just fine. We were made to feel that all will be taken care of as promised. And she did! The firm fulfilled all of their promises. We were made to feel part of the team from the first moment we all started to work together. Our only regret......we are considering paying a retainer fee just to keep in contact with these individuals. Feel like we need to retain these individuals to go to custody court to gain our visitation rights with them. Gonna miss our great meetings.
