This is the best law firm around. I was injured in a car wreck caused by another driver who made a very poor choice. Jason Burress spent a lot of time with me in our first meeting and was really aggressive on my behalf. I liked the fact that I got to deal with him personally quite a bit, and his staff is really competent. Jason personally went to the accident scene and found evidence to help my case. He prepared a great demand package to try to avoid a lawsuit, but the insurance company only offered about $13,000. In fact, the insurance company even tried to blame me! We had to file suit and there were 2 law firms on the other side. I am so pleased with the way Jason prepared me for my deposition and then for court. Right before trial, the insurance company settled for $100,000. I still wish the wreck wouldn’t have happened and I wish their insurance company would have been fair to begin with. Jason, Scott and their legal team are straight shooters and protected me. This went a long way to reducing the stress of being involved in a traumatic event.

A week before Thanksgiving in 2015, I was crossing the street in McKinney when I was hit by an SUV. I was sent to the hospital by EMTs; xrays were taken that indicated no broken bones so I was sent home. After a couple of weeks I realized things weren’t right.
