Our 7-year-old son experienced a very painful and traumatic leg injury due to a defective product. It was an injury that should not have happened, and required two surgeries and months of rehabilitation. It’s never easy to see your child suffer in the moment, and also worry about any possible future impact on his quality of life. Because of our concerns, and frustrations derived from a defective product causing such pain for us and our son, we contacted a lawyer who then referred us to the expertise of Mr. Luce and his Law office. Mr. Luce and his immediate staff are a cut above all others in my opinion. You can trust that given all of the details, they will work to maximize your settlement. My case from March 2012 involved another drivers distraction from driving and was also unprepared for the adverse road conditions. I was sandwiched in between the at fault driver and the auto in front of me. Sustaining cervical damage and corresponding nerve damage had caused a negative change of lifestyle. Offers from the opposing insurance company were pitifully low. Mr. Luce and his team made sure they had the necessary documentation and were patient during negotiations to achieve a satisfactory settlement.
