Apply for mortgage refinance, I want 10 years, they said i qualified. may me lost a lot of time and driving , and in the end they told me to be able to get the money is necessary to cash out 17.000 dollars and go back to 30 years term. They must be crazy, is not what I want, is what they want. thank God there is more banks around happily i got WHAT I WANT. ALSO they refused to give me a refinance for my car , again happily, there is more credit union around. this place not worth it even to park in their lot, but other way I m going to pull out my money out of this place. may be other people had more luck but I dont. I given a star because there is not negative stars.

The service here is horrible. Everytime I am here the the lines are extremely long and take forever to get any help. The people are rude and short and they are always understaffed. Considering closing my account. Would strongly suggest to anyone to take their business elsewhere.
