This company is absolutely incredible when it comes to listening to the needs of the customer. I have personally invited Kelly into my home to review my insurance options with my home and vehicle. While there are several different level of insurance available, Kelly takes the time to assess every individuals needs to ensure that you are covered at the right level. There are unforeseen events when accidents happen and you need to be prepared. While there are many options reviewed, the ultimate decision on what level of insurance you elect is completely up to you; the customer. I have recently fostered an amazing relationship with Summer who has always made the time to address every email and phone call I have placed. Whether is is a change in my policy, adding driver to a claim, or just asking for ways to save money, Summer is knowledgeable and professional in her response.
