This was our first time dealing with this kind of issue regarding an auto accident as well as a serious injury. Most of our family referred us to Carr & Carr immediately, so we decided to give them a call when we realized that this was going to be a process involving several different aspects - medical bills, issues involving the actual property damage (total loss) of our vehicle, dealing with insurance companies, and anything else that has to do with an event of this magnitude in our lives. Tammy, from Carr and Carr drove down from OKC to Ada the following day of the accident when I had made the phone call to their offices. She was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the entire process and what they would do to help. There were a few others that helped us tremendously from Carr and Carr throughout the entire process including our actual attorney Brian Williams, receptionist Lisa Grider, Carmen Mach, & Carrie Harris. Thank you to each and every one of you for not only helping my fiance and I at a very tough moment, but for also teaching us how to deal with a situation like this, and being there each and every step of the way from day one. The process only took three months to get wrapped up and this is all because of the efforts of the team at Carr and Carr! Thank you all so much again. If you are wondering about what to do during an event like this such as an automobile accident and injury, please do not hesitate to ask these wonderful people for help!

after 2 years of fighting for my caser, john branum released my case with 30 days to find a new lawyer and then the attorney against ym case called me and told me i had a court date within that 30 days and john should have asked for an extension before he released me from his lawfirm. Now i have to represent myself in court. then the other attorney contacted me back and told me she filed for an extension on my behalf to allow me to get an attorney because john was practicing unethical law practice. Dont get set up by this company they will elad you to the end tellign you they can win your case and then drop you the second it has to go to court. these lawyers are not prepared for court.

Great law firm! Tom Ventura and Carrie Harris took great care of myself and my partner after our accident. The were very prompt and got things done as quickly as possible. I have never cared for litigation, as I have not faired very well. Has the person whose dog had bit my husband not been a jerk we would never have pursued this matter. In this beginning I was very hopeful, yet near the end I had lost hope for any good resolution. The law firm of Care and Carr were kind and did their best for us.
