I was shocked and disappointed after a 1 1/2 hour presentation, I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I almost laughed out loud when he quoted 11,000 to replace a tub with a shower stall and then of course he kept finding ways to get the price down and on the 4 try he was going to call his manager after I would not jump at 9,000. Really do they think we have just fallen off a turnip truck.I have never dealt with a contractor that needed to do a hard sale. High pressure even if they had been close in price, I would never have gone with them. If I wanted to get the best shower stall complete at Lowes I am looking at $1900 and then even if I double that for install, it is still less than 4,000. But most of my quotes have been between 2500 and 3500. I had an appointment with Bath Fitters also and I understand they would have been closer to what I was looking for price wise, but found out they use the same sales technique. That is the old way of selling most people this day and time have done their homework and this does not work with most people, especially if they do not have money to burn.

I decided not to purchase a wrap system. But this was only after I had to endure a two hour presentation on the sales reps laptop. I was expecting installers to show up...instead I got two high pressure salesman. I could not get them to stop the slide show! It was driving me crazy! At the end they quoted me TEN GRAND for a 30 x 33 shower. And when I said no I could not get them out of my house. They tried everything including a "today only" discount if I said yes on the spot. If you have them come out expect VERY high pressure. This was really a major turn off for me. The two guys have never done a bit of work.... they are just salesman who make you sit through a slide show and refuse to take no for an answer. The product did not look bad.. but come on... Ten grand!!! And the price did NOT include any wood replacement. These guys stayed at my house from 7:30 till 10:30... and finally I got them out. Nothing short of me actually grabbing them and tossing them out was going to work. Which believe me; I wanted to do.

I had company install siding a few years back and was very satisfied. Therefore I went back to company for gutters. I explained one of my main concerns was stopping water from running under carport. When the installation was nearly complete I asked about carport gutters for front and back and he showed me that was not part of contract. I then contacted the company and explained. Over the phone I gave approximate measurements and was told he would consult with his supervisor and get back with me. Days past and heard nothing so sent a email to keep a paper trail. A day or two later I was contacted and told job was to small. I am passed, $15000 for siding and $3000 for gutters and now a job to make things right, look right and complete one of the main reasons I wanted gutters, job to small. High remarks for workmanship but customer service a star rating and stick a fork in me, unless warranty issue, I am done with this company.

Awful company with high expectations, if there were a rating below HATE It i would choose that. They make you slave in a two week training that is nearly impossible. If you like having to memorize 15 pages of words to sound like a robot while talking to a customer by all means go ahead. i highly recommend you dont give this company a second glance. they dont care about there employees and could care less if they let you go. If you dont make at least 3 sales out of your first 10 then you will be booted. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! But most importantly if you are are customer looking to buy, know that they give you a Retail price first, then a 5% discount, then a 7% discount in EVERY deal. Just know that they have what they call a "bottom" price in which they can sell. Ask for it and dont waste your time with a 2 1/2 hours written pitch that they give the EVERY customer. Your welcome

This company was polite yet super aggressive to talk to me at the Charlotte Home Show on Saturday so I made an appointment with them for Friday to get an estimate. I really need my exterior doors replaced. Today I received a confirmation call and was asked if my wife will be there and I said no she will be working at the hospital and she has a crazy schedule. She does not want to be involved with this process at all. The representative cancelled my appointment for tomorrow and stated they will not do business with me unless both me and my wife are available for the appointment. With our work schedules and children it is tremendously tough for us to make time together at all much less for house chores. I am very frustrated from this experience.

The workers arrived early and went right to work. They were clean and friendly and appeared to know their trade very well. Work went on none stop until the installation was complete. After the work was finished they did a very good job of cleaning up the areas they were in. My wife and I were very impressed in how smooth the work went and the attention to details we saw. I inspected the finish work and found all work was done with a higher degree of accuracy than I was expecting. Close attention was given to even the small details of the installation. We are very impressed with how well we have been treated from the first sales contact to the finished job. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Home Remolding to anyone for services.

Home remodels are costly and time consuming, so I really appreciated all the information they provide us with about what we wanted to have done on our home. If there was a situation or any questions, it was handled promptly. We did our project in 3 phases and it was really appreciated to see the same crew from start to finish. My husband spoke with this company at an event in Rock Hill SC. They offered to do a free estimate. Just like the gentleman who could not get his wife to attend the meeting, the company cancelled our appointment also. I did not care to go through a long presentation and asked my husband to handle the details. They refused to meet with us unless I was present. This smacks of the high pressure tactics you would expect from a timeshare presentation. They can keep their "free" estimate. My time is NOT free.

Carolina Home Remodeling refused to repair, or assume responsibility for sunroom roof shingles, which according to two unrelated roofing experts, were not installed correctly. Carolina Home Remodeling advised me that they would not correct the problem, until the roof leaks. Shame on them.
