Service experts technicians (Will and Daniel) were very professional, informative and their quote was fair. They advised us against going with an option we had in mind explaining to us several potential drawbacks associated with it. They provided us with several options to choose from and gave on the spot estimate for those alternatives. They also called to ask if it was okay reschedule our appointment which was good. Daniel did good work of installing the ducts and even stayed late in the evening to finish up the job. Would use their services in the future and would definitely recommend them for HVAC services.

Great job and a very quick response by Service Experts when we called them to service our HVAC system that was failing as the temperature on our 2nd floor was getting hotter and hotter. Excellent, thorough service by very knowledgeable technicians. Edgar was our technician and he did a fantastic job. We signed up for their service agreement where they come out and service your system routinely, which I thought was a great deal. I would highly recommend Service Experts. November 3rd 2016: Needed a new furnace and A/C system installed. Daniel, Mark, and Kendall did an outstanding job on the installation.

I called Service Experts in Charlotte NC after 5 PM and was able to get an appointment for 10 AM the next morning to evaluate problems with a new AC/Furnace unit. The technician, Emanuel, arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and within 20 minutes outlined for me what he recommended be done to correct the problems that existed. The supervisor arrived shortly thereafter and we agreed to have all the work completed as soon as possible. The cost to complete all the work was more than I expected however, they did make adjustments where appropriate. Maybe you get what you pay for !!!

I have been dealing with Service Experts for a number of years and have always enjoyed professional, courteous service from expert technicians. The work is of the highest quality and they are usually prompt but do to circumstances beyond their control they may occasionally be a little late. If they are going to be delayed someone will call you to inform you of the problem and the new arrival time. I am happy with these people and their service. I also like their payment plan in this days when so many people are challenged.

I had a system check scheduled to make sure everything is clean and running smoothly. I was expecting a tech between 10am and noon. My tech Michael Long called at 10 to let me know he was on his way. As a mom with little kids at home and at school, I appreciated his letting me know. The entire experience was professional and friendly. He also made sure not to track in any dirt and cleaned up any mess that was made. I am very pleased!

Mr. Marc Jones and Mr. Michael Jones would fix one problem only to find another problem. These gentlemen are all top notch in their customer service skills. Michael lives in my general area and we schedule our maintenance at the end of our work day. Michael is always on time. He calls us when he gets to the house to let us know he will work on the heat pump outside while we get home. Michael is always fully prepared to check our HVAC.
