Not going to go into the whole story here. EFCU made a substantial mistake with a beneficiary distribution; this mistake was very costly (not to EFCU, to the person that was supposed to receive the funds). EFCU was kind enough to apologize for their mistake but made absolutely no offer to make things right or go after the funds they gave away. I guess they figured their apology was enough.

They are terrific UNLESS you by chance have a bad life experience and need help in adjusting making payments. I am NOT talking about defaulting or changing a loan agreement btw. Their attitude totally changes towards you with a disapproving, "oh" and a disgusted look followed by not so nice phrases. Unintelligent, unhelpful and condescending in nature.
