My name is Natasha Tucker, I purchased a garage door from Overhead Door Co. It was the worst experience ever. The first garage door they installed had light shinning through the panels. They tried to make me believe this was normal. After numerous attempts to try to fix the door, with no success, months had passed. I would call the company and leave messages with no return calls from the salesman Jay. The unprofessional girls that answered the phone at the company started threatening me, telling me they were going to send my account to collections. They had not resolved my issues with the garage door and was trying to make me pay for it. Finally after numerous calls to the company and speaking to the managers, they decided to replace the garage door with and upgraded door. They upgraded door was installed and it had the same problem, light was shinning through the door panels. Again, more excuses from the company. To make a long story short, they were never able to get the light to stop shinning through the door panels. They came out and put sticky velcro between the panels. Which was a patch job. One of their guys/employee that came out to try and fix the door with no luck, told me that the doors were faulty. I also spoke to the manager who also told me it was the way the company shipped the doors. Knowing all of that, they still wanted their money, go figure. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Not a good company.

A routine garage door inspection turned into a safety opportunity when the tech, Craig, noticed the photo sensors were not installed to stop the door if an object was in the way as it neared the floor. Even though it took additional time, and a return trip, Craig installed the sensors properly and all at no additional charge. Impressive. Kudos also to the scheduling staff - notification phone calls were always delivered on time.

The technician who came to our house in Carmel on Saturday afternoon was beyond excellent. Perhaps he owns the company, but if not, he worked like he did. We called Overhead Door yesterday around 4pm, and they got to us today around 10am. Jason was so friendly! He literally whistled while he worked, and was just such a nice guy! We needed our spring replaced and he was done in no time! We called around, and overhead had the best prices. Would definitely recommend!

Called at 830 on a Saturday morning and my garage door was fixed by 2. Guy that came out was friendly, worked quickly and not only fixed the door but had it running noticeably smoother/quieter than before. $56 service call plus parts and labor for 2 replaced springs was at the lower end of what I expected.
