I recently had an issue with the installation of a new A/C condenser and A coil that had been installed over 4 years ago. The company sent a service technician to check on the problem and after a review they immediately set up a time to address and repair the concerns I had. Larry, Kathe, Amanda, Mark, and Reynaldo provided outstanding customer service! This is something that is very hard to find today. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company, although they are far from the cheapest, but in the end you get what you pay for.

Very profession approach to the sale of the service. Quoted two possibilities and I was very happy with my selection. The two installers Dustin and Jason worked hard all day to install insulation under a converting porch to sun room. (Very tight crawl space.) I think they did an excellent job. I even crawled under the porch to inspect. Both men were friendly and helpful to explain what and how they did the installation. Thank you guys for a great job. I will call Precision again and highly recommend their services.

I was so impressed by Precision! They came within hours of my call and had an entire new AC system installed by the next day. They filled my failing AC with freon for free to see me through the night until the system could be replaced. The employees were courteous and friendly. Their pricing was better than I was quoted by another company as well. I will be referring them to my friends and will use them again if we have any AC or heating needs.

Bought an older home that did not have central air/heat. The deciding factor to go with Precision was the staff, from Justin in sales, to Amanda who answers my calls, I was impressed with the level of customer service. That level continued during the entire installation, follow up with questions, inspections and all. So very glad I found them! Thanks guys.
