You know when people try to talk you out of using a realtor because some people think realtors don’t really make the process of buying or selling a home any easier? I used to feel that way due to past experiences which were mediocre at best and one of them downright horrible – but not anymore after working with Kris. He made the process of selling my home, despite some tricky hurdles, painless. Let’s just say he knows what he is doing and it shows with everything he does. The point of a good realtor is they are doing the work for you, every step of the way, and he totally did. When we got an offer on our house, I unsuccessfully tried to talk my ex-husband into accepting it because I knew it was a solid offer, but he wasn’t convinced so I reluctantly told Kris we would pass on it. Without knowing about that conversation or anything else that was derailing the process, Kris still took the time to do an analysis of the offer, market value of the house, etc, and lay out in detailed but simple terms why we should accept the offer. That made all the difference and and the ex agreed to move forward – I didn’t have to do any more begging or rationalizing with him – Kris is that good! He went above and beyond without being asked to do it and that is invaluable. He is prompt, pleasant, polite and totally professional – and just a nice person that you will enjoy working with. You cannot go wrong working with him – I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell - and I intend to seek out his expertize again when I look to buy again later this year. Thanks Kris!!!
