I have been a loyal member of WPCU for years. When I lost my job and was just scraping by, they expected me to let my family starve and go homeless to pay my car payment that was 20 days late. They refused me access to my money, demanding that I pay this payment. I will NEVER bank with WPCU again. They are cold, uncaring, and in my opinion, a bunch of thieves!

Why pay fees at a regular bank when a credit union is right here? Low interest credit cards, easy access online, and good staff makes this a pleasure to work with. Sometimes the lines are pretty long though.

Excellent and personal service. Most of the time, lines are either short or move quickly. They are friendly, and happy to help walk through questions, and help significantly with business banking accounts.

I still use Kemba Credit Union. And luckily, I can use this place to make deposits and withdrawals. We stopped by the other day and used the drive through without any problems!
