Although I was a bit skeptical about dealing with a finance company via phone and email I was pleasantly surprised at the care and concern everyone had in making this process so easy and stress free for my husband and myself. Connie Thompson was great and very helpful in making sure we understood the whole process and always right there with a phone call to keep us updated. There was never a feeling of being rushed or unsure of anything we needed to provide. At closing, Wayne was very helpful and truly put us at ease right from the beginning. It was like he was actually there in front of us and again, there was no feeling we were being rushed. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone that should need your services. I know that if I should have any issues regarding this loan in the future I will find the help I need with you. Thanks again for helping us make this next step in our lives so pleasurable.
