We have had tremendous service from this Chase bank since bringing our account here a couple years ago. We were plagued with identity theft four times in 1.5 years before moving to this bank. We have had only success since moving to Chase as they verify our purchases within minutes of using our card and notify us of fraud attempts on our card. We recently had them stop a purchase in a different state then we were in until we contacted them, and it was an attempt at fraud by someone, this is the kind of service I want. If you have money in your account, understand you have to wait at certain times of the day, then you will have no complaint. Thank you for serving our family so well!

Horrible service I came waited for over one hour just to get a pin number for my debt card...when it was finally my turn another lady jumps in front of me angry because she has been waiting for an hour...they decided to help her first...where is management or do they need a replacement...

The staff is extremely helpful. We have been at this location several times for different needs and they spent a great deal of time helping us. Yes, we had to wait our turn some of the times. The banker spending time with us caused someone to wait. Great service.

At first I loved the bank, but after I had one bad withdrawl and they charged me WAY more then the overdraft fee that i was told I would have... I cancelled my account. They killed my credit and never was able to help much anyways.
