Decades ago my mother and I waited in line to make a simple transaction at this DeBunk of America location. We received THE WORST attitude not only by the teller but by the manager as well. Those two bitches treated us like criminals while trying to access OUR MONEY. I realize this review is late yet I felt I should write my story about why I switched to Banco Popular a few blocks away. Years later that bank also gave me some horrible service and they eventually closed down. Oh well. In the sh!tty economy of the Bush administration, who knew banks would be at our mercy.

Horrible management. If I could do no start I would. Long lines, dirty facility, not enough staff, manager was aware and told about the long lines and ignored. Staff went on breaks while long line remains....they only show customer service when opening new accounts.

The lines are always long and they only have two windows open when u have tones of workers!!!! Horrible and the manager seems not to care.
