I came to this bank to cancel a security lock box, I checked in with the receptionist at 12:10 pm, and ONLY FIVE people were ahead of me. There were 4-5 ladies working (one in each office). I was finally helped at 1:27 pm. I waited 1 hr and 17 min to be helped. The employees are always very professional (which is why I gave it 2 stars) but they need to be more efficient. We cannot be making our schedule around their time.

The worst banking center in all of El Paso. This store is in dire need of new management. Employees just standing around with two tellers to help out a line going out the door. It seems the linger the line the more cashiers they pull. Very very irritating!!!!

At least 20 people in line. Only 2 tellers open. Terrible terrible service. I would never personally open an account with Bank of America due to the service I have received at this branch. I would not recommend to anyone.

10 people in line all waiting to deposit or cas checks on a Friday! Only one teller come on! Then bankers want us to use the mobile app or the ATM outside
