I went in to cash a check. And as it is my first time being paid by check, not by cashiers check or cash, I asked for help to get this done. The teller was extremely rude and condescending as if I were poor and questions my occupation. I have never received such horrible service. For a business that constantly interacts with customers I would assume that she would be inclined to assist as quickly as possible and move on to the next customer or go on with her day. Rather it seemed she wanted to berate my ignorance.

I recommend you work with Chance Howard if you can. After spending 2 weeks with another bank and ultimately getting declined, he got me approved and on my way in 48 hrs. The loan process was smooth and the rates were competitive. More importantly Chance got it done in a timely matter and followed up through the entire process.

Been a member for 10 years I closed my account today due to the condescending drive thru teller and the incompetence of the "manager" customer service is lacking for that branch.
