Great bank! I got approved instantly with a very very low interest rate. I was surprised I was able to refinance my vehicle since I am so young with out the need of my parents!! Not only that, but they approved me for another loan..YES YOU GUYS. I told them on the phone I loved them! ! Seriously, If you ever need a loan come here. They will give you a better interest rate than the loaners the dealerships have. Credit Union of Texas will continue to receive my business, Analy <3

Banked here for well over a decade. Staff have been kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Why would I take my money anywhere else when I get this kind of Customer service all the time? Credit unions are the best bet for banking services. These other big banks will only use you.

They have the worst customer service ever they make you wit like an hour and the the way that they talk to you is so rude you do not have to talk to your customer like they are slow I dealt with a Mexican lady I would not ever bank her again
