The Chase Bank company would be very disappointed and appalled by the way this particular branch provides customer service. My fiancé and I have been calling this branch since 9 am with no answer, until after I walked out of the location around 5:18 pm. There is a high disregard for customer attentiveness and low professionalism to say the least. Take more pride in the profession you chose, and treat humans as an asset and not another statistic, because the reasoning I was given for not being assisted just does not feel honest, nor ethical. I will never walk into this building in my life again, and I surely hope management asses this issue properly... Sincerely, a veteran.

Horrible service, need to fired the manager, need to train employees, no customer service at all, I have been Wating for 2 hrs, banker came and talked to me and left to go pick Up food!!! What happen with taking care of the customer first..
