We were a fairly typical couple in that we had avoided the process of creating a will or trust to protect our family and our assets. We approached Tim to advise us on a few legal matters in anticipation of some extended travel, and he made the process so simple, understandable and manageable that we ended up doing all of our estate planning through him in the process. Tim was extremely friendly, accessible and patient with us and we have confidence that our family, home and assets are now safe because of the highly detailed and professional work that he has done. To top things off, the process took half as much time and money as I had anticipated. Tim Alles removes any remaining excuse we could have had for delaying the process of proper planning!
