We were very pleased with the entire process with Allied. All of the employees were very professional. Each person was either able to answer our questions immediately or they knew who we should speak to. There were no issues with our permits or our inspections. The people who completed our work were very neat and clean. They finished the work in the exact time frame that they had given us. They exceeded our expectations. I have recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.

Allied installed additional blown-in attic insulation, sealed attic, and installed our direct-vent hot water heater, in fulfillment of our Green Energy audit/upgrade. All work was done neatly and the crew respected our home. A cable TV wire was inadvertently cut in the attic during the work, and Allied happily came back shortly thereafter to re-set the disturbed attic insulation after the cable was repaired. Very professional, and easy to work with.

I had my water heater replaced with a tankless and the attic sealed and insulated. Both crews showed up on time and they worked super hard. Everything was done the same day and very professionally. Ed who did the initial site visit was great. He answered all of my questions and there were no surprises whatsoever. I no longer feel a temperature spike when going upstairs and I actually had to turn my thermostat up to 74 which is normally set to 70.

The financial process with Peggy and Heather was quick and easy. And the installation team was amazing. The project was completed in 1 day and they left the place spotless. Allied was wonderful when it came to installation. (Really want to give then 31/2 stars because they were great with installation) They sent very nice people to our home and were professional, neat, and efficient. However, when it came to getting our unit approved by the township there was lack of communication. It is a year later and we are still waiting for our plumbing inspection approval because of the lack of communication.

Great. Guys did an excellent job, professional, courteous, just the best. One MINOR problem later, upper management was cooperative and the gentleman sent out to correct the issue nailed it. Exhaust pipe they added a screen to to keep critters out, was a little too restricted by silicone glue used to hold screen in place. This guy fixed it by removing the silicon and using instead a screw on the outside of the pipe. Perfect!

They showed up on time. Did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner, one day, and saved me money on my electric bills. My units were old and going to need replacement sooner rather than later. It was a no brainer to receive $4,000 from the state and with no money down have all new energy efficient units installed substantially funded my guaranteed energy savings of 28%.

All installed in a day. Very reasonable pricing considering the work they do to seal your home, and configure your bathroom venting. There was a definite difference this summer in the flow of air in the house. Upstairs was cooler, most likely to the sealing job, so the new unit was not sucking in outside air to cool. Mark did a great job in describing their service.

A team of 9 technicians showed up 8:30am the coldest day of 2017. This was an organized team led by Martin who was also an expert technician. By 4:30 pm the old heating & hot water systems were gone, Martin reviewed what was done & how to use the new 21st century control unit (thermostat)worked and made sure all my questions were taken care of.
