We recently had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed by the team at Wesley Wood. During the hottest stretch of this year, our 23 year old HVAC system decided to stop functioning, and the indoor temperature reached 86* in the lower level of our house. During the multi-day process of scheduling 5 different HVAC contractors for an emergency estimate on a new system, we were referred to Martin at Wesley Wood. Within hours of contacting him, he came to our home for an installation consultation and estimate. Martin was very professional and knowledgeable, not only about the Lennox systems, but also about HVAC overall. After discussing which furnace / AC options would work best for our home, he immediately spotted some inefficiencies in our builder grade duct work / trunk lines. He said Wesley Wood would fix those as part of their installation, at no additional cost, to increase the static pressure and resulting air flow in our system. Martin was the only consultant among the 5 that came to our home that suggested making these changes. Due to the quality of the Lennox furnace / AC components offered in the package by Martin, as well as the combination of part and labor warranties and the included service agreement, Martin’s price could absolutely not be beat by any of the other bids we received. As an added bonus, he had a team available for a next day install. We signed the contract that day. The install team of Matt and Dave arrived promptly the next morning, and Martin stopped by to ensure everything would be installed / re-configured according to our discussion. Throughout the installation Matt and Dave were very efficient, and respectful of our home. They worked tirelessly through 90+ degree heat, and by 3:30 that afternoon our system was fully installed and being tested. The install was of very good quality and they were even able to accommodate a personal request of mine with the location of routing the new line set through our basement. Matt and Dave spent a considerable amount of time cleaning up the basement and outside areas where they were working, and removed all debris and old components from our home. The difference in increased air flow was noticeable immediately after installation, and you can actually hear the air flow out of our supply vents now. We were extremely happy to have this new system up and running in such a short amount of time, given that we are in the middle of summer. Based on my experience I’d recommend Wesley Wood for any HVAC need.

I used a half day of vacation time to be home for the scheduled service call of 2pm - 4pm, the plumber showed up at 7:15pm. Who is going to start a job that will take a couple hours that late in the day? I wasn’t happy, but he was here and I wanted to get the leak fixed. He examined the kitchen ceiling and then the upstairs bathroom and found no obvious source of the leak. When we returned to the kitchen I expected him to tell me how he was going to begin. Instead, he shocked me when he announced that he could not help me because he is NOT A PLUMBER, he is a HVAC technician! Why did the Wesley Wood dispatcher send a HVAC repairman to fix a leak coming from my ceiling? He told me it is not the first time the dispatcher sent him to a plumbing job. If that is the case, why is she still working there? A relative? I wasted 4 hours of vacation time and still have the leak. He asked me if I wanted to be put on the schedule for tomorrow, I said no thanks. I want a company that will show up on time and send the right person for the job. Check all of their bad reviews on Yelp, etc.

Engineers designed and built the system when our house was built in 2001. We purchased the house 4 years ago and continued to have them service it. Since we moved in 4 years ago the second floor unit has not been able to cool or heat this floor comfortable, technicians come twice a year per the service plan and twice a year we point out this issue. Technicians say it will be fine once they leave and it continues to not perform. Finally asked a sales engineer to come out and look at it, he does a comprehensive analysis and determines that the 2nd floor system is not engineered (sized) correctly. For $15k they can correct it by installing the right size equipment. How about they engineered it, installed it, and serviced it and now want $15k to fix it. I would caution against anyone considering using this firm to think twice...not a nice way to conduct business!

We were so pleased with our experience with Wesley Woods from the beginning to the end. Our Residental Comfort Consultant Martin Lovera was so knowledgeable and informed us of every aspect of the company, the technicians and the product . When Martin left we knew we were in good hands. The two technicians Steve and Dave could not have been more conscientious and were so pleasant even to the attention they paid to my grandson. They were very driven and worked without stoping and were very clean and helpful answering questions. We are so happy with our heating and air conditioning units and so pleased with the quality of the product we purchased. I would recommend Wesley Wood to anyone needing their service! Thank you from two very happy and completely satisfied customers. Lou and Pat

Purchased a completely new, high-quality heat pump/ac unit in July of 2013, over $10K. My heating bills shot up in November, and a service call determined that my BACK UP heat had never been programmed in the installation process. Three years into this, I have never been able to get a technician to get my NEW humidifier unit to operate - the last technician said I needed a plumber. Finally this week, SEAN (great guy) was able to get the unit started - it had never been programmed (through the $350+ new thermostat). Is there a pattern here? But Sean had to charge me a $69 maintenance fee - a maintenance fee for a unit that had worked for about 40 minutes? Really? A call into Gary at the office has resulted in nothing for over 24 hours. Can not recommend Wesley Wood.

Tech was friendly and helpful but the company is a scam overall. I could hear the fan was vibrating badly, called the dispatcher who mentioned the tech would come out with a fully stocked van and should be able to repair the unit. Tech came out quickly on a Sunday and was very thorough. Confirmed my novice opinion that the fan wheel was shot and said they dont stock the fans ,would need to order it. I understand they cant stock all parts. What shocked me was the price for the fan. I found the same part number from several distributors for 1/5th the price they wanted to charge me. Took the tech 45 mins to remove the wheel, inspect it and re-assemble. Not sure how an hour of work is $400 in labor and overhead. Bought the part on my own for $90 and saved the extra $400

I just want to reach out and let you know that Martin was very helpful when he came over and discussed the HVAC with me. I was unsure of what would be best - for my needs. He was honest ,very knowledgeable and sincere. He matched the equipment with what would work best for me. I did meet other salespeople from other companies to compare the prices and equipment and what I felt that they were just "selling" whilst Martin was "helpful". It was especially important since I was making the decision on my own- so I needed a sincere, honest person who would help me rather than a salesman who was just trying to make a sales commission.

Wesley Wood and Adam really bailed us out over the July 4th holiday week end. On Friday going into the very long week end our air conditioning stopped working. Adam came out right away. The problem was unusual but Adam worked until he found the problem (a bad circuit board) and then bypassed the board to get the unit running again while the replacement board was on order. We have a contract with Wesley Wood and it pays to have someone that understands the hardware to deal with these odd problems (that always seem to occur just when it is hottest out).

Do NOT use! Wesley Wood was bought out by Lennox and is no longer the company they once were! Our heat pump gave out and we were told "the circuit board was fried". Since our system is 14 years old it was recommended to replace the whole system. Long story short, got a second opinion. Was able to have heat with the replacement of a $5 fuse and $110 conductor! They are only interested in making high priced repairs and new sales! The Wood family would be wise to buy their name back from Lennox; it is being ruined!

Martin was extremely efficient in his presentation of the product and most knowledgeable answered all our questions even some we did not have. The installation done by Mike and Matt was done in the timely manner and they were courteous, and left our home the way they found it. We would highly recommend Wesley woods again and again,we have been using them for 9 years and my son who owned the house before us had also used WW so we are looking at a total of 17 years coming to this address.

My engineering firm did business for them and completed our work in less than a week, and it took them 7 months for them to pay me, despite repeated reminders. In order to get paid, I had to submit complaints to their parent company, to BBB, and post a negative review, and that finally got their attention. It is my understanding that the person I was dealind with, Gary, has been replaced by another manager, so hopefully they will no longer be frustrating to deal with.

Developed air conditioning problems at 5:30 in the evening they scheduled a service call for between 6+8 pm at 5:45 the service technician Bob called me and walked me through the possible problems and sure enough he hit the problem on his second suggestion for me to check! If there was a 100 star rating Bob would have it from me! Just speaking with him on the phone I could tell he was a very intelligent and knowledgeable gentleman not just a run of the mill technician!

I called another HVAC company for an estimate for a broken part on my AC unit and was given an astronomical quote. (Sila). I felt as though I was being ripped off and as it turns out I was right. When the technician from Wesley ,Bob, came out, he was very honest and did not try and replace a part that did not need replacement thus alleviating additional cost. Wesley Wood- very honest and fair. Thanks Bob !

I have been using the services of Wesley Wood (now Service Experts) for over 20 years. They come at least twice a year for tune-ups, so I have lots of experience with them. I have been pleased almost invariably. Only once did I ever have an issue, and it was one particular employee whom I never saw again. All others have been competent and some very nice and helpful besides. I am a satisfied customer.

We live in a large historic home in Exton which required a completely new HVAC system to be installed (5 zones!). Steve and Martin came in and designed the perfect solution for our home, and then Matt, Dave and the rest of the team did a flawless job with the install. We highly recommend Wesley Wood, especially if you have an unusual, unique or historic property which requires a creative solution.

Our technician Adam was very professional and helpful in explaining the issue with our heat pump and effectively solving the problem. Adam quickly responded to our problem even though this was a holiday weekend. We have been customers of Wesley Wood for 21 years and during this time we have been extremely satisfied with customer service and the professional skills of the technicians.

Adam came out at 2:00 am to stop a broken water heater expansion tank from doing more water damage. Adam devised a plan to check and make sure the hot water heater was still working and provided a temporary method to allow the water heater to continue to run. His hard work in the middle of the night was greatly appreciated and prevented further water damage to our basement.

Outstanding Service. Sean was courteous and very personable, very respectful of our property. Very technically proficient he was able to accurately diagnose our air conditioner. He then ordered the needed part very expeditiously and came out within a very reasonable period of time and repaired our system. I could not be more pleased.
