As first time homeowners, coming across an issue with your HVAC system can be unnerving. After a few visits from other companies, we scheduled a visit with Atmostemp and Steve. We had a leak in our unit and Steve diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. With little knowledge of these systems, we felt at ease as Steve honestly provided answers to our questions, was very patient and knowledgeable, and provided terrific customer service throughout. We felt uneasy with our experience with other companies who we held visits with... as they seemingly tried to either lie or push for repairs that were not necessary or worse, a suggestion for a full system replacement to the tune of 15,000 (Horizon).

My Appt. was scheduled between 10:00am - 12:00pm. At 9:30 (Kim) called and advised me that my technician was on his way and should be here in 1/2 hr. Anthony L. arrived on time for my 6month scheduled maintenance. I truly appreciate how the technicians put on little booties to protect my flooring, I am very meticulous about my home. Anthony was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain about how we should possibly install a humidifier to help with the dry air in the winter months. We have been using Atmostemp for 12 years since our home was built and they were the original installers of our HVAC system. I would definitely recommend them.

We lived in Cherry Hill for 27 years and used Atmostemp for most of that time for our HVAC needs to include a bi-yearly maintenance contract. We were alway treated politely and the techs were knowledgeable and professional. We moved into a new home 4 1/2 years ago and I just started back again with Atmostemp today. They came and I mentioned that my motor sounded loud. My tech Paul told me that the inducer motor was failing so he called the manufacturer and found out that I had 11 days before my warranty expired. He ordered the part under warranty and saved us a significant amount of money. I would recommend Paul and Atmostemp to anyone.

It is Memorial Day Weekend and we had just moved into our new home when we discovered our A/C was not working. We made numerous calls to local contractors and could not find anyone to respond. Luckily someone advised us to call Atmostemp and within 24 Hours Scott arrived at our home on Saturday evening. Even though Scott had worked all day on other service calls, he was pleasant, professional and had our A/C up and running in a short time. Steve was here today for our biannual checkup of the heater and air conditioner. As always, Steve was terrific and has consistently been terrific for almost 10 years. He is considerate of our home and our time and is an expert at what he does to keep our heater and air conditioner running smoothly. He explains everything clearly and gives us great advice on how to maximize our heating and air conditioning to reduce costs yet stay warm and cool. They are a great company and Steve is the best!!! This company is fantastic. They responded to a call for a service tech late afternoon on a holiday weekend Sunday within hours. The tech was honest, through, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasure to work with. He set up a prompt appointment with a sales consultant to recommend a replacement system which was also handled with top notch service and integrity. There are bigger names out there, we had one which would not even return our call despite a service contract. Another told us they could come out at the end of the month. Do not try anyone else, use Atmostemp!

We had a serious air conditioning problem over the Memorial Holiday weekend. The company we had a service agreement with never called back. The other big player in our area said they could come June 21. I called Atmostemp on Sunday afternoon, and Scott Marshall showed up within hours and well past 5! I’ve had a contract with Atmostemp for years. I needed them to resolve 2 AC issues for a home sale and they came out same day. Justin Johnson was my technician and he was absolutely great. He did a thorough inspection of the system and it’s performance before and after the work. He explained everything, answered all of my questions and made 100% sure the system was operating at optimal performance by double checking everything. I will be sure to continue using their services for years to come.

Darren and Tim from Atmostemp really helped us out. Our system was leaking and we were afraid that we would have to suffer through a really hot and humid season, but these guys arrived within an hour and fixed everything at minimal cost. They also offered tips to prevent the leaking. The lady from the call center was kind and understanding and Darren and Tim were courteous and knowledgeable. Atmostemp is our go to HVAC Company.
