The sales/product designer, Bryan, did an excellent job walking is through their product and options (pros and cons) and answered every question no matter how long we kept him at the table. He listened to our ideas for our basement design and was willing to help us not only with what they could do but offered alternatives for us to consider while keeping the project affordable. Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to meet our expectations to get the deal done.
