I hired him on a Wednesday morning and he had my case filed by Wednesday afternoon to stop a garnishment. He answered all my questions and he made time for me when I needed it. The best part is he explained the steps communicated in a concise manner and when there was an error he reviewed it and fixed the mistake. I felt confident that I had someone on myself that knew how to lead me out of financial turmoil.

Mr Moak, met with us personally and explained everything to us. He kept in touch with us via email (which is what I prefered) prior to the 341 meeting and kept us informed and up to date. He was also present at the 341 meeting. Payment was set up with 12 monthly installments, so did not have to pay for bankruptcy all at once, which is a big help.. so far we are very happy with the Moak Law Firm.

The Moak law firm is terrible. They are just another money hungry firm that make people distrust lawyers. Mr. Moak makes a bad name for law professionals everywhere. He was rude, umcompromising, and was only out for my money. His level of unprofessionalism was unbelieveable. Obviously I am not the only person that feels this way. STAY AWAY FROM MOAK
