I never had a problem here so far. This is where I opened my checking account after Banco Popular closed down. The staff has treated my family with respect and I have nothing to complain about the service. The downside is the parking is a little small and it feels crowded trying to maneuver to an open spot.

There are 14 windows and only 2 tellers manning them. the lines are extreme long. Chase can spend a few more dollars to add more tellers? Arent their BS overdraft fees taking them millions to hire a few more personel to man the windows. Took an hour to get my business done.
