I am so upset with this location. I had to settle some matters with my ex husband here and they were extreamly rude and unprofessional, usually STCU is very good. I went out of my way because this was the location everything was settled. I came in on my lunch since I get off work after the bank is closed the had me on a time frame to come in which I did, they refused to give me information that I was intitled to know they later told me but at first refused. I signed everything as the requested and then I later got a call that I needed to come back in becuase they had my name wrong on the loan. This was their error and they never did anything to accommodate my needs. With out an apology they demanded me to come back in to re sign the documents they messed up on. Still No apology. Just becuase if this I am considering changing banks due to this terrible situation. I was later contact by the assistant manager and she was extreamly apologetic and actually showed concern thank you for making this right! All I wanted was an sincere apology and I got one so thank you again!!

This credit union is by far the most friendly establishments I have the privilege of being a part of. They work hard to run a tight ship, and took a chance on me with my lack of credit and now 2 years later im able to excel, in huge part due to these guys! If you want quality service and a bank to set roots , let Stcu become part of your family too!

Eddy at the Spokane Valley branch was awesome! He walked us step by step through the car buying process! He answered several questions and even made sure we received all of the programs that would get us a .75% discount based on our qualifications! They beat two other banks!

We do all of our banking here. Personal, business, and they hold our mortgage and car loan. They are always nice, polite, professional, and they just make my life easier. Almost all of my banking I do online, but if I need to go in... this is the branch.
