From the initial application right up through closing day Johnathan and his entire team was AMAZING! They were a true pleasure to work with. We were first time buyers so I am certain we had some silly questions and buying on a VA so I imagine it added to the lending process for them. However, When I had questions they were never more than a phone call or a message away. A good , honest answer was always patiently waiting for me. They seemed in complete control of the process every step of the way.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Johnathan Tipton and his team at Benchmark to my friends and family and really anyone considering a home loan withing the confines of the teams service area!!!
