Jeff McGowan was an amazing lender. I would recommend his services to anyone. My significant other and I first met Jeff in a first time home buyers class. That was a 1 1/2 ago. At the time we were not ready to purchase. However, Jeff stayed in contact with us and reached out to us to check in. I randomly came across a listing (which is now our home). I contacted Jeff and he got us a pre-approval the same day. Jeff was quick and got us to close in one month. He processed all documents quickly and emailed and texted me through out the whole process. I am now closed and in my home. If you are a first time home buyer then Jeff is your guy.

Dan and the team are quick closers. Buyers and sellers can appreciate that. Quicker closing makes an offer more enticing to the seller(s). Dan and his team also gave me good advice regarding my credit. Precisely placed bill payments gave my credit score a bump to a new bracket and in turn saved me closing costs and lowered my interest rates, saving me money each month. I give 4/5 stars because the team can be hard to reach at times and when something scary happens regarding a home loan, you want to get relief, quick.
