I had a mortgage with B of A in 2013 that I tried to refinance the balance at a lower rate. B of A offered me a loan @ 3.625% rate and gave me the run around for over six months. They kept telling me that they were still missing documents that I had sent them at least twice if not more. This was during the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2013, if you all recall the interest rate ballooned out at a very fast pace. Suddenly, I received a letter from B of A that I had cancelled my application. I called Pacific finance Group and they offered me an interest rate of 3.625% with virtually no cost. Shortly after received an email from Tiffany Piceno requesting the required documents. Since I had a bad experience with B of A, I called Tiffany and told her my story, she assured me that things would be completely different as long as I provide her with the documents that she needs for the under writer. I sent her the documents, she gave me update at min twice a week and I was able to close within 21-24 days. I was so impressed with Tiffany and promised her that if I ever needed another loan, she would hear from me. In September of this year, I needed to get a loan to purchase another investment property and therefore called Tiffany. She gave the name of a loan officer that she wanted me to work with. I followed her direction, everything was fine, except that the seller took over three weeks to let the appraiser get to the property. As a result my lock expired, Tiffany called me and told me that she was going to get another lock the same rate and at no cost, she was going to fight and make sure that I would not be charged for that. I got the loan at no additional cost and purchased the property. I strongly recommend Tiffany. Follow my advise, call her and ask her for a loan officer and believe in her, you will be pleasantly surprised. For the record, I have not met Tiffany in person, all I know, there is this reliable and incredible lady in Kirkland with Pacific group that has done magic for me. Thanks so much again Tiffany

Completely satisfied to work with Terasa and Rich on our home refinance. Rich was able a find a great rate that we are looking for with credit to cover for the closing costs. Rich even stop by and pick up my loan documents at my workplace. Teresa kept us up to date and reminded us regarding the application documents along the process and make sure things are going smoothly. Teresa really took time and offered support along the way and things are going so smooth that we closed the loan in only 3 weeks (from the time I called and talked to Rich to the time signed the closing documents). We got the refinance completed with rate as promised and an amazing speed! Great team work. Greatly appreciate for all your help and support. Highly recommended!

I refinanced my investment home through Pacific Finance Group and found that their rates were notably better than any other quotes, including Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA which tend to always be competitive. I was warned about about some other low budget finance companies like Lending Tree and Quicken Loans, so I stayed clear. PFG was professional, honest, and fast. So I got a great quote, it was locked in with my first phone call and I closed 3 weeks later. Remarkably smooth and fast. Yes, I would recommend them!
