I cannot recommend Igor and his team highly enough. I have been searching for FIVE or more years for a loan product that fit my needs and was rejected at every turn. Just as I was about to give up and sell my property, I was referred to Igor by a colleague of mine in Texas. Igor and my colleague have never met in person but they went through a rigorous training for lenders who wish to excel in their industry with a higher level of education and training. The product I was searching for was like finding a pearl in the ocean. Practically impossible and so rare. Somehow, they were able to accommodate me and processed my loan. Unbelievable!
