Tyrell has a work ethic beyond measure! We had pulled our file from two different lenders due to their inefficiency and lack of attention to deadlines. It had become a nightmare and we considered throwing in the towel. Tyrell met with me at 6:15 on a Tuesday evening and by the following morning she had notified us that the VA appraisal was not only ordered, which we had been previously told would take up to 10 days, but it was going to happen the next day. By the following Tuesday we were ready to sign loan documents. From the moment we met, I knew that we would be in excellent, capable hands and I could finally relax and know that she was working for and with us!
