my name is PAMELA STEWART . TODAY I HAD TWO APPTS SCH. ONE WITH THE OB/GYN AND THE OTHER WITH DR. ROBERT jOHNSON. WHEN i made the appts I WAS VERY CAREFUL TO WRITe in several places when and at what time they were . I AM A VERY BUSY PERSON COUPLEDED WITH THE FACT THAT i have been feeling terrriable latley. thats why I MADE SURE TO BE AWARE OF MY APPT .TIMES. i had documented that the ob/gyn at 12;00 noon and the pcp at 1;30l HOWEVER WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS INFORMED THAT I HAD JUST MISSED MY PCP APPT THEY CLAIMED EAS AT 11;30. DUE TO THIS ALLEDGED MISSED APPT i had to sit there and wait to be seen after 2 oclock . I have been suffering from a staph infection for the last several days as aa matter of fact this was my first day out of bed. I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT SETTERS BUT THEY ARE DEFINATLEY HAVEING PROBLEMS I EVEN GOT A REMINDER ON VOICEMAIL AND A TXT MESSAGE REMINDING ME OF THE SAME INFORMATION I HAD WRITTEN DOWN .

I moved to Marana 4 years ago after living in Tucson since 1987. I was using a MHC facility in east Tucson for 5 years. Commuting at least 40 minutes one way once a month for care. January of 2016 MHC decided to discontinue treatment of chronic pain patients based on the new FDA regulations. They also decided to make changes out of protocol to my consistent care plan. Each clinic is run different when it should be following a protocol. I decided to take this inconsistency to court as my health has been suffering. Marana Health Care DOES NOT care for patients as they claim. They push them off on other professionals instead of helping people. Now I am without a primary care and left to fend for myself with chronic health issues. My advice is to find a stable facility that does follow a protocol of patient care. The only thing good about MHC Main is the Cafe.

Had been on the walk in list with my daughter for the past 2 mo. first when she strained her knee and next she caught this severe bronquitis at school..we were seeing the doctor like 2 times a week or more .Ya I had to wait like every body else but...I got very good service every time I went, doctors and nurses were very very helpful ...Thank you

I love this place.. i can take my kids to see the dr while i go to the. Dentist. I can make a womens apt then have my scripts filled right there. While im waiting i can get an amazing coffee drink. Also the behavior heslth side is on point. Ive worked in behavior health for 10+ years and they have thier stuff together

Very professional and helpful staff. Extremely clean campus. They really do all they can take care of your medical needs. Everything is on one campus. Doctors, Dentist, Mental Health, Physical Therapy, Labs...etc...its all there. Have recommended this campus to several friends and will continue to do so.

I have been using MHC for almost ten years. I have had no problems. Pharmacy is super fast. Behavioral Health services are way under staffed though, and their employee turnover is ridiculous! It is extremely frustrating. I have had at least 6 different case managers and 5 Doctors.

Have you tried to call.? Have you parked in a handi cap parking space and walked a long distance? Have you checked to see if you were double billed? Does the accounting department check on your bill or just defend their vendor? Is money the priority vs the patients health?

Dr. Loveres & Her Medical assistant & staff are so polite and very friendly! They assist me with my disabled husband in any way they can and always have a smile when helping me. Very happy with where we go.

The caregiver seems to be giving more care and attention to the paperwork.Mistakes in scheduling leave you high and dry for appointment and extremely expensive for a nurse practitioner.
