When our car was deemed totaled, the idea of having to find another vehicle was daunting. I was also concerned of what kind of value our car would hold to allow us to purchase another vehicle. I spent some time looking at similar cars and millage of cars for sale to get some idea of value. When I called claims, the woman who was helping me was very kind and thorough. I thought I was going to have to get into a debate to make sure we were not taken advantage of, however, the very opposite was the case. State Farm was very generousness and agreed with me on all accounts as we took very good care of our car. The reimbursement fee was really much higher than I anticipated, and settling with the bank payoff and getting our check was all done within two days. We then went out and purchased a very nice Kia Soul Plus from Seelye of Holland. Highly Recommend State Farm for your auto insurance!

Our insurance agent is friendly, well informed, and does a wonderful job. She goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of and are saving as much money as possible.
