This is our second home buying experience with Sammamish Mortgage and it went more smoothly than we could have ever expected. We have worked with Michael Shane and team for both purchases. The team has an incredible response time, and they go above and beyond to make sure your home purchase it done correctly and on time. This market is crazy and appraisal scheduling can delay closing dates. Sammamish mortgage was able to get us set up with an early appraisal. We ended up closing on our house 1 week earlier than expected. After talking with realtors and other people purchasing homes right now this is incredibly rare. We are amazed at how well the team works together and gets everything done so fast. We hopefully will be at our new home for awhile but just in case life changes we will definitely be working with Sammamish Mortgage for all of our home financing needs. They made our processes stress free and simple. In a time where there are large changes going on it is great to feel confident with the team helping you get through. We have highly recommended the team to all of our friends and family.

Michael was extremely helpful with all of my preliminary questions before I started actually looking for houses, and I was fairly impressed that he took the time to send me a "snail mail" letter when his e-mail wound up in my spam filter. I found Sammamish via online searches and reviews. I thought the website was helpful and everyone was easy to work with. I liked Michael Shane in particular; he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly and effectively. I thought Sammamish Mortgage was a world class organization from top to bottom. They were helpful both in the initial phase of determining financing options and what I could afford, as well as throughout the application process. They have an informative website and helpful staff, and I found Michael Shane to be extremely knowledgeable as well as a very clear and concise communicator. I could not have expected more, and would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Sammamish Mortgage has been amazing experience. Ryan and Betty closely worked with us starting day one. They were on top of everything that needs get us closed on time. We closed on 5/26 and never felt that Sammamish would delay our closing dates. Loan process went really smooth. Closing cost almost matched with what was promised in the estimated cost.I would strongly recommand everyone and would get back to them for any future needs. Overall I am 100% satisfied. Special thanks for Ryan and Betty for being patient and answering all our questions since it was our first purchase. One feedback: If lender could release the final loan documents to ESCROW well in advance we would get enough time for reviewing documents just before closure sign. We received a day to go through bunch of final closure loan documents.

We had a very rough time with our house search and so of course we were already at very high stress levels. However, Jeanne along with her team at Sammamish made our experience as smooth as possible. She was incredibly knowledgable and most importantly very communicative! She explained every step of the process and was great about answering all our questions. And not only was the process of securing the loan made smooth for us, but we also got the best rates when we were comparing all around! AND we closed a week early because the financing was done so quickly! I would recommend Sammamish to all my friends and family and will go back there for all our financing needs in the future!

Sammamish has the best financing rate I could find, and came back because I had a prior good experience when re-financing my home. Sammamish Mortgage assisted me with the purchase of a home. I applied for the loan on-line and received a call from Michael Shane the next business day to talk about my options, and rates. The loan proceeded efficiently and closed exactly as planned. Well that was easy. Ryan and his team executed my refi with absolutely no issues in a just little over 30 days, during tax season!
