I was given several referrals for lenders from friends and family, and after talking with Rick Woodruff from Metropolitan I knew this was going to be the best choice for me. Rick and his associates were very professional and kept me very informed throughout the process. When it came time for closing everything was ready to go and I felt very confident in my purchase and very comfortable and confident with whom I chose to work with. This is the first time we have dealt with Metroplitan and I have to say the process could not have gone smoother. I was amazed at how fast our questions were answered and how quickly the process was completed. I checked several other companies before we started this process and they had the best rates plus all my initial questions were answered over the phone.
