My wife and I recently had to change our auto insurance as the company we were previously using was unable to provide the specific coverage we needed. We called Douple Agency in Ephrata and had a very positive experience. Jessica Zoll was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with over the telephone. Though I had many questions via email and phone she gladly re-worked the numbers multiple times. When my wife and I finally concluded what we needed, we met Jessica in person. She gave us all the time we needed to go over not only our auto policy, but our home policy, which we bundled together. In the end we spent less money on our two policies than we had feared we would going into this. We are extremely satisfied. We were with our previous insurer for 16 years. We are thrilled to have Jessica Zoll at Douple Agency as our new agent. My wife and I are happy to recommend this company and this agent.
