This bank had really made me feeling embarrassed for depositing my tips. They lady acted like it was a big hassle then asked her boss to look at all the money I had and he asked if I was doing anything illegal?! ...I am a single mom of 4 children and work full time. After they made me feel embarrassed im closing my account with this bank.

I have only had my account there for about 4 months, but have nothing negative that I can think of or say about their service. They instantly caught a fraud on my card and account and immediately stopped my account after the first transaction but many more were attempted. They saved me a ton of money and problems. Thanks academy bank.

I have never had as many problems with a bank as much as i do this one. Conflicting numbers when it comes to my account balance. My card just outright not working when it should. A all around terrible experience i would rather saw off all of my limbs than bank here again.
